Project Archival & File Management Upon project completion and delivery of final assets, we move project data into our secure long-term archives. While we maintain these archives for several years, we cannot guarantee permanent availability due to the evolution of software, hardware, or rare technical corruption. Requests for file retrieval, reopening legacy projects, or providing additional copies are treated as new service requests and are billed at our current hourly or project rates.
