Laura Roy

Founder & Board-Certified Medical Illustrator

Based in Yorkville, Manhattan, Laura moves with the rhythm of the city, with mornings running the East River and afternoons painting in Central Park. A JHU-trained medical illustrator, culinary school graduate, and certified sommelier, she brings a rare, polymathic lens to visual problem-solving. She notices the critical details others miss—from the textural crumb of a pastry to the hidden structural logic of a neural network.

Her work actively bridges the gap between the laboratory, the boardroom, and the gallery. Whether architecting visual systems for wireless spinal implants or defining the brand identity for Michelin-caliber restaurants, Laura translates high-stakes complexity into elegant, deeply strategic visual narratives.

Consulting Art Director

Jeremy maintains a painting studio in Bushwick, keeping him actively positioned in the heart of the contemporary New York art scene. An MFA-trained painter and former winemaker, he brings a distinct duality to his role as Consulting Art Director: a deep fluency in time-tested classical design and realism, paired with a sharp understanding of the modern cultural dialogue.

His perspective is shaped by the continuous observation of human behavior. Whether analyzing classical works at the Met, navigating the five boroughs, or taking research trips to Taiwan and Ireland, he is constantly documenting how people interact with their environments. Jeremy applies this rigorous understanding of composition to the studio’s overarching design architecture, ensuring the firm's conceptual frameworks and visual strategies are logically sound and beautifully grounded.
